The questions
A questionnaire about your business: fifteen minutes, rough notes are fine. I write your text from it, and it pins down the pages, the languages and the photos.

A concept first
Free, before you commit: the top of your homepage and a section or two, built from your answers and your photos. The real site, not a sketch.

A fixed quote
Itemised, and sent with the concept. Pay once: 30% to start, the rest before it goes live. Or monthly: no set-up fee, and the first monthly payment is due when you accept, like a deposit. Either way, the build starts once the first payment and all your content are in.
